The Autism Network works alongside other professionals who are also committed to delivering high quality services for autistic people, their families and the professionals that support them.
In their capacity as Network Associates, the do not have any responsibilities for the Network but add to the range of skills and talents that we have available for specific projects
Lynsey Stewart

Lynsey has worked with and for neurodivergent people her entire career. She believes that creating environments which respect, understand, embrace and welcome neurodivergent people is essential. She identifies as neurodivergent and brings her own personal experiences to her work.
With a Masters Degree in Autism (Adults), she is currently a PhD student at the University of Strathclyde with a research focus is on improving dementia detection and assessment for autistic people.
She has 15 years of experience in working and communicating with autistic people as colleagues, people supported, friends and family members. She works with local authorities, large corporations, academics, charities, employers, government, health colleagues, education colleagues, and, most importantly neurodivergent individuals. Lynsey has experience from delivering large scale training events, to providing 1:1 support to autistic employees.
